Member recruitment and retention is key to Diana’s. So we warmed up with a website health check, making essential fixes to improve the online journey for members and be more attractive to new members. Then we created a new campaign that would motivate, support and inspire gym users.
Around the theme of ‘Be the best’ we designed a distinct campaign creative that was transferrable to all channels – such as website, social, outdoor advertising and gym posters – featuring a mix of practical and emotional messaging and #hashtags.
