They rely on supporters to help raise money in order to find better treatments for stroke and encourage stroke prevention.

The challenge

Charities need to ensure that marketing delivers a strong return on investment – every penny makes a difference. So we work together to plan and execute initiatives including, websites, direct mail, adverts, digital campaigns and newsletters, to achieve just that.

The solution

One of our first campaigns was for stroke survivors to simply say ‘thank you’ to Stroke Association supporters and employees, for their care and support in their time of need.

We developed a campaign theme which then played out through various external and internal communications, underpinned by a heartfelt and empowering video.

The results

The video was hugely emotive and touched the right chord with every audience – survivors felt grateful, supporters felt appreciated, and new supporters got in touch, creating a sense of loyalty and commitment to the Stroke Association.
