Health and safety is never a subject to take lightly, so when our client Scott Bader asked us to work on the brand identity of their Crestafire fire retardant product range, we wanted to create a look and feel that would allow them to clearly promote the benefits and opportunities of using the products.
The first task was to create a logo for this safety conscious new range that communicated the fire safety message without appearing alarming or signifying danger. After a couple of concepts and collaborative working with Scott Bader, the end result was a combination of a fire triangle symbol and a flame in orange and yellow, that had references to their parent branding and other sub-brands that this range would sit alongside.
With the logo and supporting graphic assets in place, we created two brochures, one for the rail industry and one for building and construction, a new section on the Scott Bader website as well as incorporating the new brand into event stands. Using the new colours and the curves from the logo, we were able to create a harmonious look and feel that links all items together, building brand awareness for the Crestafire range.
